    1. a new VM in the BL9 is being created to run all the rally installation framework (jose_lausuch, 14:15:53)
    2. once that works and it gets connected to Jenkins, it will be cloned by Daniel to the other BL's (jose_lausuch, 14:16:37)
    3. and as Daniel suggested, it can be even "dockerized" to run inside Fuel/Foreman withouth hacking too much fuel (jose_lausuch, 14:17:20)
