    7. some projects like FDS are already taking the "latest track" approach (rpaik, 13:28:30)
    8. dneary asks if there are scalability/resource concerns for the XCI team and fdegir notes that there will be initial burden on the XCI/relelng team but overtime work should be picked up by individual projects (rpaik, 13:30:41)

    10. discussion on terminology for "stable" track and whether a different terminology should be used (rpaik, 13:34:23)
