  * discussion on specifics on the cookbook - who and how it should be

  * Liang Chen mentions that operators already have common descriptor
    file and don't want to have a common one nor re-implement something

  * Liang has committed some tooling for common descriptor file and

    implementation details (OPNFV) and higher level specifications
