   7. 2. csit-shim - managing VF resources and allocation to VPP and Scapy containers. Needs to be done on csit-shim, not on nomad instance running locally. (mackonstan, 16:42:44)
   8. 3. nesting within container - nesting container within container works, nesting VM within container works for lightweight VMs but need to verify if this will work for what we need here including Qemu and vhostuser/virtio. (mackonstan, 16:44:14)
