  * JAVA11 integration done. HC2VPP and HONEYCOMB patches merged. Builds
    ok on JDK8 and JDK11. Infra jobs cannot be updated because of upload
    bug in ci-management. Vanessa is investigating this issue.

  * Neon Bump - done. Patches for honeycomb and HC2VPP merged.

  * Interface statistics for JVPP merged, however under load (300+
    connections it fails to get data and hangs). Resolving bug in

  * API freeze complete (9.4. 2019), code freeze tomorrow.

  * OdlBump: BGP tests fixed verify jobs passing. ODL tests have memory
    issues Virl cannot handle VPP, VPP-api-python, Honeycomb, ODL
    running at the same time on provided DUT flavor (4G RAM). CSIT is
