   1. Dual license is good approach, allows us to switch back to Apache v2.0 if it ever becomes a possiblity. (mortderire, 15:20:15)

   3. John DeNesco - IPSEC would be the first one, would be Neale's Wheelhouse but is unavailable at the moment. (mortderire, 15:28:35)
