   1. AGREED: Github PR merges will all use 'squash & rebase' (dwallacelf, 13:44:25)
   2. Ondrej disabled all other merge actions (dwallacelf, 13:45:01)
   3. ACTION: Ondrej to create a #govpp-github slack channel and move the github notifications to that channel. (dwallacelf, 13:54:21)
   4. AGREED: Technical debt TODO lists to be documented in github issues. (dwallacelf, 14:07:25)
   5. AGREED: The next GoVPP community meeting (August 25) is cancelled due to summer holidays. We will reconvene on September 8. (dwallacelf, 14:30:57)
