   1. Emerald Rapids are fully operational, Tibor is verifying that the job specs are correct for the upcoming VPP 25.02 CSIT Report (dwallacelf, 16:13:35)
   2. Marvell replacement DPU is installed and the connectivity/OS installation is complete. Peter is working on configuration/verification of trending and report tests (dwallacelf, 16:14:45)
   3. Vexxhost is verifying the ETA for the ConnectX-7 NICs and cable order -- current ETA is end of this month (Jan 2025) (dwallacelf, 16:15:40)
   4. Migration of issue tracking for VPP from Jira to Github Issues has continued to have technical issues.  Vanassa continuing to work through them and complete the migration.  Lastly CSIT will be migrated after VPP migration is complete. (dwallacelf, 16:17:42)

   1. Informal in-person FD.io/VPP meetup at FOSDEM 2025 is being coordinated by Ben G (VPP Committer).  Looks like a decent quorum of contributors will be there. (dwallacelf, 16:19:15)

   1. Jill L. reported that LFN 2024 Year in Review is in the process of being published.  Project specific segments including FD.io YIR will be posted separately as well as blog posts. Jill will forward links to them once they are available. (dwallacelf, 16:23:46)
