* Discussion around IPAM - Option 1:  Configure as hostlocal and each
  node will have a IP pool preconfigured.  This configuration will be
  statically set in ODL DHCP  (premsankar, 15:13:55)
* Each POD in a namespace will be mapped to an ELAN instance and when
  the namespace spans multiple node, VPN Instance will be created and
  the ELANs will get attached.  This ensures the PODs in a namespace can
  communicate with each other  (premsankar, 15:53:36)
* The YANG model has to updated to reflect the changes  (premsankar,
  15:54:03)
* Watcher needs to be updated to provide namespace information

* Summary - 1. Each K8S node will get a CIDR and this gets allocated
