   10. Answer: Undefined scope, TSC is still thinking about it (dfarrell07, 22:59:55)
   11. Question: Details of ODL core project not depending on Forge project? What about a core project that needs a 3rd party JSON parser, isn't that basically the same? (dfarrell07, 23:02:01)
   12. Answer: TSC wanted folks to not just sent in Forge. They need to address this question. (dfarrell07, 23:02:26)
   13. Maybe two months until Forge is standing up (dfarrell07, 23:04:03)
   14. Question: How much infra do Forge projects get? (dfarrell07, 23:04:19)
   15. Answer: Most things, not Bugzilla, not mailing list, less support, will help get up and running, will help with true infra problems (dfarrell07, 23:04:57)
   16. Should be easy for Forge projects to move to blessed projects, just a POM file changes likely (dfarrell07, 23:06:41)
   17. Of course, docs will be written to describe how to create Forge projects (dfarrell07, 23:08:49)
