   5. Neutron Northbound M2 readout - passes verification, but has formatting issues - sub bullets do not show up properly in many items due to a "Yes" or "No" on a separate line before sub bullet. (klou_, 20:34:21)
   6. Long term fix is to provide a template for teams to fill in responses (klou_, 20:35:13)
   7. Short term fix is to remove (Yes/No) etc. and move the "Yes" or "No" to the same line as the question being addressed. (klou_, 20:35:48)
