* Stable/Helium Security Release SR1.1  (tbachman, 18:26:52)
  * A security vulnerability was discovered in ODL. A security release
    update was created. tbachman says that the groupbasedpolicy
    stable/helium versions were bumped as a result of the release

    they’d best do so soon, as the M2 date is rapidly approaching

    can/should live, and what should be part of the “core”
    groupbasedpolicy project and what should be separate (notes that
    this is part of a larger, similar conversation with the controller

    notes that folks are of course able to develop out-of-tree
    renderers, but they won’t be able to benefit from being part of the
