* change autorelease scripts to create and handle both karaf3 and karaf4

* create BUNDLE_URL conversion script so that if the CSIT job is set to
  use karaf4, it will get the right bundle URL  (jamoluhrsen, 21:16:26)
* put karaf version on the CSIT job level (default karaf3)

* time to move feature install to robot level and not use bootFeatures
  any more.  (jamoluhrsen, 21:28:07)
* need to also edit the bootFeatures config file to make it *CLEAR* that
  it should not be used/edited so end users don't screw themselves

* seems better to maybe just keep feature install in the deploy scripts,
  not robot. so we can do the "ssh" to the karaf shell to install those
  features IFF the distro is karaf4  (jamoluhrsen, 21:40:23)
