   9. once that is done, it *should* be possible to fake things by doing POSTs to RESTCONF to create objects in the MD-SAL data store (colindixon, 22:28:57)
   10. that will trigger data change notifications (colindixon, 22:29:06)
   11. and let us test our code (colindixon, 22:29:13)
