   1. there's lots still to do on documentation, officially the deadline is tomorrow, but my guess is that it will wind up being Friday (colindixon, 02:00:52)
   2. everyone should download the release editions that contain their projects and test to make sure they work at least for the "canary in the coal mine" test (colindixon, 02:01:26)
   3. if you want to provide anything other than the downloadable .zip for the edition that contains your project and that same zip packed up in a VM, then you should work with shague and phrobb to provide them with the other content (colindixon, 02:02:11)
   4. release reviews are scheduled tentatively for 1/29 and 1/31 per e-mail with the link to follow (colindixon, 02:03:00)
