   2. 1.) Getting Lithium master running with devstack running in a VM in ODL CI. (colindixon, 21:23:52)
   3. 2.) Getting stable/helium running with devstack running in a VM in ODL CI. (colindixon, 21:24:09)
   4. 3.) Fixing the bugs we find from running those tests (likely first in master/lithium and and then porting them to stable/helium) (colindixon, 21:25:14)

   1. It appears as though disabling the old neutron service (which was dragged in accidentally) combined with using devstack-gate has gotten this to come up and work on centos7. (colindixon, 21:26:11)

   1. presumably the technique get lithium/master to run with devstack in ODL CI will get this working to some degree (colindixon, 21:34:23)
   2. there are still (possible) issues around ODL crapping out after ~20 calls and the controller taking 10+ mintues to come up (colindixon, 21:35:50)
