   1. Thought is to have a config knob - which will decide whether to use group add-or-mod command or else the regular path (abhijitkumbhare, 15:20:04)
   2. vishnoianil’s suggestion is to fetch group stats to check what groups are already present - and send either group-add or group-mod or nothing accordingly (abhijitkumbhare, 15:26:32)
   3. vishnoianil will push a patch for the group-fetch during reconciliation before end of the week - and we will request the OPNFV folks to test it and we will merge it after their test succeeds (abhijitkumbhare, 15:55:11)
