   4. ONF OTWG gave permission to implement a multi-layer model based on their on-going work as long as the ONF is referenced as the source (phudgins, 19:08:07)
   5. TL1 Protocol OpenDaylight plugin to be submitted shortly (mlemay, 19:11:29)
   6. ACTION: document how to get started with reservation project (mlemay, 19:14:40)
