  * started to use fpm ruby gem to create deb package with opendaylight
    karaf during plugin build. Plugin will contain this package, and if
    user choose this plugin opendaylight will be installed on primary

  * also working on adding some custom fields to fuel UI which allow end
    user to choose for example on which port opendaylight rest api will
