   1. georgk assigned the web portal extention task DOVETAIL-668 to Sawyer. We should have clarify by the end of the week if he can take it or not (georgk, 09:56:27)
   2. we are still waiting for the new repository for the web portal code. georgk has pinged trevor, but the repo creation is stil pending (georgk, 09:57:00)
