  * Dave Neary proposed creating a mailing list where topics related to
    CI, hardware provision and integration projects can happen. Uli
    suggested using the mailing list (opnfv-tech-discuss) and adding a
    prefix [octopus]  (dneary, 15:34:02)
  * IRC channel: Uli will talk to Frank to see if he things we can use
    #opnfv-bgs for Octopus discussions  (dneary, 15:36:32)
  * Several people recommend moving away from phone meetings to email in

* CI infrastructure  (dneary, 15:39:14)
  * Dan Radez proposed that RDO's CI infrastructure could be a good
    basis for Octopus. Some discussion followed on whether that would be
    Fedora-specific  (dneary, 15:40:31)
  * further discussion on what the basic requirements of the CI platform
    were, and whether we needed to integrate with development and
    deployment of source code.  (dneary, 15:50:52)
  * Uli suggested moving to mailing list for discussion of requirements

* Introduction of Aric Gardner  (dneary, 15:52:38)
  * Uli introduced Aric Gardner and asked him to present management of
    infrastructure for OPNFV  (dneary, 15:55:13)
  * Aric outlined the deployment pipeline that is aailable (Jenkins jobs
    starting and provisioning VMs on Rackspace)  (dneary, 15:57:55)
  * Bare metal servers are being housed by Ericsson to enable deployment
    of Fuel via a PXE Boot server. The process for requesting hardware
    is still unclear.  (dneary, 16:06:12)
  * Octopus needs to be able to try out multiple components in testing,
    need to be careful in how we proceed to build out the permutations
    of components  (radez, 16:09:45)
  * discussion attemtping to differentiate a sandbox vs the test
    environment  (radez, 16:14:26)
