  * David summarized the background, and the proposal has been sitting
    there for a few weeks, and discussed a couple of times within the

  * There are several options, such as TSC, a Committee, by Release

  * It seems the preference is by a Committee (volunteers)  (bh526r,

  * Committee gives suggestion to TSC for quick vote, which saves a lot

  * Another option is "No Exception". Then there will be very limited
    number of projects that can make a release  (bh526r, 14:45:41)

  * Then the question is how realistic it is to have volunteer to review
