  * Bin suggested that (1) add Project Deliverables in wiki (2)
    communicate with Fuel, Apex and Compass installer to make sure
    resource availability, skillset match, and other necessary
    support/help so as to ensure the confidence of deliverables in F
    release; (3) Howard or Shane send an email to public mailing list to
