    3. materials will be made available prior to the TSC call next week (rpaik, 13:38:14)
    4. timirnich suggests presenting the materials in one TSC meeting and come back for a vote at the next TSC meeting after community members had a chance to review the materials (rpaik, 13:39:29)
    5. additional review discussions could be schedule on Tech Community call next week after the TSC (rpaik, 13:41:10)
