    31. Answer is that there is no dependency. But it needs to coordinate with test projects (bh526r, 13:24:30)
    32. There is only one committer so far. Jing mentioned that it is open for sign-up, and will have more committers in about 2 weeks (bh526r, 13:25:34)
    33. Another question asks if it is considered to be part of another project since there is only one committer? (bh526r, 13:26:15)
    34. Jing said that it is intended to be an independent project (bh526r, 13:26:33)
    35. Bin suggested that Jing tries to get more community involvement, i.e. more committers from multiple companies. (bh526r, 13:30:59)
    36. Based on process, Jing can bring it to TSC review and discussion. Because there is only one committer now, it will be better to have more community support before it is brought to TSC (bh526r, 13:32:22)

  4. New Project Proposal - Edge Cloud (bh526r, 13:33:03)

    3. Qiao especially mentioned a prior Edge NFV project, which was targeted to vCPE. But this was inactive for quite a while (bh526r, 13:41:40)
    4. Basically, Qiao surveyed relevant projects within OPNFV, and saw the gaps and need of the Edge Cloud project to design a reference platform for edge cloud (bh526r, 13:44:11)
    5. It will start with requirement analysis (bh526r, 13:44:45)
    6. followed by reference platform design, upstream collaboration and testing (bh526r, 13:45:28)
    7. Qiao presented a picture and plan of upstream collaboration (bh526r, 13:45:59)
    8. for G release, hope to finish requirement analysis (bh526r, 13:47:55)
    9. Group achieved consensus to recommend this project proposal for next TSC creation review next week (bh526r, 13:50:27)
    10. Tim will put it on the TSC agenda item next week (bh526r, 13:51:10)

  5. Test Frameworks: the Ability to Conduct Self-Test (Functional) against a Known-Good DUT (bh526r, 13:52:18)

    5. In order to implement the proposal, one server is needed for minimum configuration of functional gating (bh526r, 14:02:58)
