   1. On Aug 27, TSC approved proceeding with a release this CY, instead of waiting for the GSMA reference model implementation to be developed. (dmcbride, 14:21:38)

   3. later, I sent an email to the team with links to the two proposals with a recommendation to follow the traditional release process, due to the lack of time and the need to still approve the new release process before following that plan. (dmcbride, 14:23:15)
   4. Today's TSC meeting was dominated by the budget discussion, so a vote on the release plan was pushed to the mailing list. I'll be calling for that email vote later today. (dmcbride, 14:24:15)
