   1. Nexus staging for parent pom appears to not be working (mgkwill, 01:22:17)
   2. however nexus has artifacts and recent change seems to have fixed issue (mgkwill, 01:23:51)
   3. still need to get rid of snapshot dependencies for Independent versioning (mgkwill, 01:25:28)
   4. Dan completed version manifest for Independent Versioning Req. (mgkwill, 01:25:52)
   5. ACTION: Someone - remove snapshot dependencies in pom.xml files (mgkwill, 01:27:05)
   6. ACTION: Someone - ask LF Admins to do release builds (mgkwill, 01:27:27)
