    4. Dave asked if we can consider the success of IPv6 project in terms of overlay and underlay networks of IPv6 (bh526r, 14:37:38)
    5. Bin mentioned that in terms of underlay IPv6 support, Apex installers have supported installing OPNFV package in IPv6-only infrastructure, especially in Euphrates, last piece of VXLAN tunnel endpoints can support IPv6 in both OpenStack and ODL, thanks to OVS 2.6+. (bh526r, 14:40:07)
    6. In terms of overlay IPv6, OpenStack provides comprehensive APIs to create overlay IPv6 virtual networks, including vRouters. (bh526r, 14:41:02)
    7. IPv6 project also expands the IPv6 vRouter from Neutron's namespace to any service VM so that any VM can be configured as IPv6 vRouter in terms of IPAM and packet forwarding. (bh526r, 14:42:20)
    8. Tempest tests are used covering IPv6 API testing and scenario testing covering both overlay and underlay (bh526r, 14:43:02)
    9. So IPv6 project reached its goal and deliverables through 4 consecutive releases, and considered a success (bh526r, 14:43:32)
    10. Prakash indicated that IPv6 will continue to explore IPv6 in container networking (bh526r, 14:44:04)
    11. Bin thanked Prakash for leading the IPv6 in container networking effort (bh526r, 14:44:37)
    12. Bin also thanked Sridhar (Red Hat) for his significant contributions to upstream, and IPv6 project (bh526r, 14:45:03)

    14. Consensus is achieved that group recommends graduation review of IPv6 project in TSC. (bh526r, 14:46:57)

    1. ONAP has released its Amsterdam Release. Prakash is working with ONAP, and inviting someone to introduce ONAP in one of our future weekly technical meeting (bh526r, 14:48:30)
    2. Bin mentioned that bay area user groups (OPNFV, ODL etc.) are being consolidated into Open Source Networking User Group Bay Area (bh526r, 14:50:16)

    4. Continuing successful meetups of OPNFV user group, the new group is planning its first meetup on February 9, 2018 at 1pm-4pm hosted by Lumina Networks next to San Jose airport (bh526r, 14:52:47)
    5. We are looking for speakers of ONAP that can be present at that time, and other speakers of ODL, OPNFV etc. comprehensive topics. (bh526r, 14:53:37)
    6. Dave took a note of the day and time, and see if he can combine his travel to bay area at that time. (bh526r, 14:54:15)
    7. All are encouraged to participate, especially local and those who can consolidate their travel at that date. (bh526r, 14:54:54)
    8. Because of Plugfest next week, Bin suggested to cancel our meeting next week (bh526r, 14:55:18)
