* Definition of Metrics for Active Contributor  (bh526r, 14:10:00)
  * Ray reviewed the background of the proposal, which was discussed in
    PlugFest, and lots of people including Frank, participated in the
    discussion  (bh526r, 14:11:00)
  * The idea is to include those contributors that are not committers,
    but contributed significantly to community in various ways, such as
    wiki, discussion, meet-up organizers etc  (bh526r, 14:13:03)
  * Another example is upstream contributors in IPv6  (bh526r, 14:14:00)

  * The first question is how much can be automated v.s. manually

  * Dave mentioned 80-90% can be automated, and manual

    contributed, instead of removing people who are not active  (bh526r,
